Yin Yoga encourages rest so we can re-energise our body and mind.
You will have the time and space to listen to your breath … to connect with your body and always move at your own pace.
Most of us are overworked and stressed and as a consequence our health is suffering.
The regular practice of Yin Yoga might help you to deal with an overactive nervous system and reduce stress and anxiety.
I will provide you with a safe and comfortable space to lay down and do very little for an hour.
Give yourself permission.
Allow yourself to pause.
Stop rushing and start to cultivate compassion towards yourself.
